Frankfurt is Germany’s fifth-largest city and is considered to be its most international city and its only global financial hub. It is the home of the European Central Bank (ECB) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and boasts the highest job density in the country. Frankfurt is also at the heart of the Rhine-Main area, which is home to approximately 5.8 million people and which is characterized by high purchasing power and low unemployment rates. The “Hessen-Center” shopping mall and a new consumer electronics store are in the direct vicinity. The area was originally dominated by industry, but is currently being transformed into an office space and retail district with appropriately high traffic. The site has an average daily traffic volume of 24,500 vehicles.
There are residential and commercial properties nearby in a ratio of 30:70. The Multi Service Center can be said to have excellent visibility, with some 180,000 residents within a radius of approximately four kilometers and a large number of inbound commuters.
