Germany’s capital, Berlin, is by far the biggest city in the country. MSC 01 occupies a site of more than 12,000 square meters on the four-lane main road Saatwinkler Damm. It offers favorable infrastructure conditions, with an optimal link for private transport and also excellent local public transport connections. The ratio of residential to commercial properties in the area is approximately 35:65.

The Multi Service Center can be said to have excellent visibility, catering for 133,000 residents within a radius of approximately four kilometers and a large number of inbound commuters.
